Pastor Brian Powers is the founding pastor of Harvest Church in
Cedar Lake, Indiana. This ministry continues to grow each year with an expanding love and desire to reach the world for Jesus.
Pastor has a tremendous passion for God’s Word coupled with a love for seeing transformed lives. His humor, as well as his relevant, practical, and down-to-earth messages help him connect with any person from any background. His spiritual insights, as well as his life experiences have made him a unique and respected leader throughout the community.

Those around Pastor know him as a true testimony to what the power of God can do, and as a man who is full of faith, the Word of God, and the power of the Holy Spirit. Through his special anointing, Jesus Christ is lifted in a way that men may know Him.
Pastor Powers has a Bachelor's Degree in Pastoral Leadership from Newburg Seminary and is currently working on his Master's Degree. Even though he has a formal education, for which he is very grateful, the Holy Spirit has always been the main influence in his life and education.
Pastor and Vickie have been married for 15 years. She is an effective worship leader, church administrator, and woman of God. Vickie complements Pastor Brian's ministry as she ushers in the presence of God through worship in almost a tag-team manor. They are the blessed parents of two dynamic boys who are being raised to be world changers!
